The Climate Education Base is the officially authorized primary implementation scenario of the Climate Education Community. It serves as the material core and professional support platform for the Climate Education Community. It consists of one or more dedicated teaching facilities or venues (such as parks, museums, cultural palaces, exhibition halls, classrooms, laboratories, interactive experience centers, weather observation stations, green technology demonstration sites, and characteristic ecosystem areas like wetlands, woodlands, and carbon sink demonstration forests). It systematically integrates knowledge and technologies related to climate science, ecosystems, energy, resource utilization, environmental protection, and climate solutions. Through interactive, experiential, and visual methods, it showcases, teaches, and disseminates this knowledge, providing the community's overall educational activities with professional hardware support, content resources, and technical safeguards.
气候公民是气候教育公园的主体对象和互动参与者,特指所有进入公园并以学习、体验或贡献为目的的个人或群体(游客、学习者、志愿者、合作团体等)。气候教育公园通过教育与实践体验,使这些参与者(公民)不仅仅获得知识,而且能够理解个人和集体在气候危机中的角色与责任,发展出应对气候变化的必要素养(气候素养),并最终自愿转化为积极推动气候行动、实践可持续生活方式的“气候行动公民”。
The Climate Citizen is the primary audience and interactive participant within the Climate Education Community, specifically referring to all individuals or groups engaged with the community for the purpose of learning, experiencing, or contributing (such as visitors, learners, volunteers, and collaborative groups). Through education and practical experiences, the Climate Education Community enables these participants (citizens) not only to acquire knowledge but also to understand their individual and collective roles and responsibilities in the climate crisis, develop the necessary competencies (climate literacy) to address climate change, and ultimately voluntarily transform into "Climate Action Citizens" who actively promote climate action and practice sustainable lifestyles.
气候公民的行为活动将被记录在专属电子账户,作为个人气候行动的证明材料,所获得积分可用于兑换丰富的可持续产品。
The behavioral activities of Climate Citizens will be recorded in their exclusive electronic accounts, serving as verifiable records of individual climate action. Points earned through these actions can be redeemed for a variety of sustainable products.

The Climate Education Community focuses on cultivating talent to address climate change through the framework of "Learn · Research · Compete · Showcase". These four dimensions – Learning, Research, Competition, and Showcase – aim to comprehensively develop the capabilities of future leaders and professionals. It provides corresponding domestic and international resource platforms to propel outstanding youth and teenagers, advanced technologies and case studies, as well as influential organizations and individuals, onto the global stage, thereby more broadly advancing global efforts to address climate change.
气候颗粒是气候教育公园中最基础的、可触达的教育内容、体验单元或活动模块。它形象地比喻了知识、技能、态度和体验被分解成众多微型、具体、易于传播和消化吸收的“粒子”。这些“颗粒”是构建整个气候教育公园教学体系的基石,它们散布在基地的各个角落、各个环节、各种设施和活动中。一个“颗粒”可以小到一个信息解说牌上的关键知识点、一个互动游戏的核心环节、一个动手实践的小任务、一个植物标示牌所体现的固碳知识、或一次特定主题的导览讲解单元,也可以是完整的一系列课程、一个有关气候的竞赛、一次环保马拉松,亦或是一场激情的演讲。它们组合构成了气候教育公园复杂而丰富的教育内涵。
Climate Granules represent the most fundamental, accessible educational content, experiential units, or activity modules within the Climate Education Community. This metaphor vividly describes knowledge, skills, attitudes, and experiences broken down into numerous micro-sized, concrete, easily disseminated and digestible "particles." These granules form the foundational building blocks of the entire Climate Education Community's pedagogical system. They are distributed throughout every corner, aspect, facility, and activity within the Base. A single "granule" can range from a small key fact on an information sign, the core element of an interactive game, a hands-on practice task, or the carbon sequestration knowledge conveyed by a plant label, to a specific themed guided tour segment. It can also encompass larger elements such as a complete set of courses, a dynamic climate-themed competition, an eco-marathon, or an impassioned public forum. Together, these granules constitute the Climate Education Community's complex and rich educational fabric.
